ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, company” refers to thailand-airways.com, an online portal for flights booking in/out Southeast Asia. “You" refers to the individual person creating an account with us and/or making a reservation/booking through us. This website is offered to you and is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein as they exist at the time the booking is made. Your use of this website including the use of your booking, your account, and the site information, constitutes your agreement to the following terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use this website and should leave immediately.
You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website.
You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

MODIFICATION

thailand-airways.com reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

We have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

FLIGHT BOOKING
To make online your flights reservation, please go to the following website to book your expected flights:

You are solely responsible for entering correct information on our website.

The information we need:

• Name of passengers (as it appears in passports)
• Contact information (phone number and email address)
• Passport numbers
• Your nationality
• The exact dates of travelling
• Your preferred flight(s) or expected time
• Type of ticket you would require (Economy class or Business class)
• The payment method you would choose (your name on credit card & billing address if payment by credit card)
• Number of children (noted with ages at the time of travel) accompanied (if any)

The booking is effective only when you inform us your booking information and credit card details or pay a certain deposit to us, then we will issue & send E-tickets/paper tickets to you.
RATES
Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars. The fares rates are for one way or two ways/ round trip, either Economy class or Business class, including airport tax, airport fees & service charge. Also, baggage allowance is also included in our total fare for Thai Airways’ flights.

BOOKING GUARANTEE
In order to guarantee your air ticket booking, we must require your credit card details or payment in-advance. To valid the guarantee, you need to fill with all details required on our secured site or fax it to us or email.

PAYMENT
We accept payment through all major credit cards (Visa, Master, & JCB). You can purchase directly on our website, or we can provide you with a secure payment link after booking have been confirmed. In both ways, we will only proceed with the payment after reconfirming with you. For payment made directly on our website: it will be put on review and our customer service staff will follow up with your booking & payment shortly to confirm your booking by sending reservation code & e-ticket receipt (s). For protection purposes, in some cases, we will need you to fill in our credit card authorization letter & send us related documents (Enclose the color copy 2 side of card + Passport) to verify the transaction. We are also not responsible for any charges that may be levied by issuing bank. Additionally, we do not provide you with any invoice/receipt in all our confirmation emails. Please email to support@thailand-airways.com to require invoice/receipt.

TIME FOR CONFIRMING SERVICE
After your payment is gone through successfully, air ticket will be issued and sent back your registered email together with full instruction within 3 - 10 minutes in business time. In some case, your order will be reviewed and the review will take up to 3 - 8 working hours as mentioned on our received payment notification.

Our reservation is completed once the confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided. You are required to notify us by writing to email support@thailand-airways.com in case of you do not receive confirmation in time.

​If no email informing us that you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, the service is understood to be completed.

​We are not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the Wrong email addresses provided by customers or the situation that customers do not notify us by email that confirmation is not received.

CANCELLATION
If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our cancellation charge will be applied differently based on the fare types & the time of cancellation and each airlines. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our reply upon demand. Please see the fare rule for cancellation HERE.

We are not responsible in case you do not arrive at the airport to check-in on ticketed flight date. You will be required to comply with the airline's cancellation regulations and Fare Rules. 

We are not responsible in case you refuse to use your ticket(s) due to your personal reasons. In this case, you will have to comply with the airline's cancellation regulations and Fare Rules. 

In the case that you refuse to use your ticket(s) due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, terrorism, strikes and other unpredictable circumstances affecting your use, you and us will have to follow the airline's decision, cancellation rules and policies.

In the case that you want to have refund as travel voucher credit, we can support to issue our travel voucher credit to you. However, the total amount of travel voucher credit will not included any added fee (cancellation fee; operation fee; service fee; etc.) as our notice. We will inform you by email if there are any difference.

REFUNDS
Refunds and their methods will be made as agreed between you and thailand-airways.com for unused services and timely cancellations. We will pass to you all information before we can process this refund.

DELAY

The delay or cancellation flight is not the desire of airlines and passengers. Vietnam Airways shall make every effort to take care of you as well as possible due to our fault. We sincerely apologize and hope to receive your sympathy. Please refer to our policies about delay as follows:

- If the time of your flight is delayed by over 2 hours (both earlier departure and late departure), you are allowed changing your flight time into the closest time to your old flight time. In this situation, no changing fee is applied.

- If the time of your flight is delayed by over 6 hours (both earlier departure and late departure), You are allowed requesting a cancellation and full refund. In this situation, no cancellation fee is applied.

- If your flight time is delayed hours (both earlier departure and late departure) at the airport, please contact airport staff for assistance. In this situation, we will follow airlines’ regulation and decision.

- For flights operated by Vietjet Air and Thai Vietjet Air, customers will not be refunded in cash or money to customers' bank account/credit card in all cases. You will receive a refund in the form of a Credit Shall that is valid within 365 days from the date you submit your refund request.

Important Note:

- We always email to you about schedule change as soon as we receive delay notification from airlines. Please turn on the email notification, check inbox / spam box regularly to not miss our email. We are not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the wrong email addresses provided by customers or the situation that customers do not check email carefully.

- Kindly send us your change/cancellation request to support@thailand-airways.com at least 24 hours before your departing time to be supported. Out of the limitation of time, no cancellation/ change in delay case is applied.

- If you request a cancellation/ refund after your departure time, you will have to follow the Fare rules of airlines which are shown when booking.

- From February 2020, the epidemic of Covid-19 / SAR-COV-2 is still complicated, so many Vietnam Domestic and international flights may be changed in departure time or cancelled.

In the event of flight cancellation and change, the agreement for cancellation or change of flight time will completely depend on the agreement of vietnamairways.org and the customer.

- The agreement will be accepted and confirmed as follows:

 + Via email between support@thailand-airways.com and the email which customers use to book tickets on thailand-airways.com
 + We only accept the content of agreement based on the latest email between support@thailand-airways.com  and customer’s email.
 + After the agreement between thailand-airways.com and the customer has been confirmed by email, we do not accept the terms and conditions/agreements from other third parties.

PRIVACY
Please direct your attention to our Privacy Statement, by which you also agree to be bound when using this site. Privacy Statement is a part of this agreement.

LEGALITY
The performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of thailand-airways.com 's (VIETTREND CO, LTD) right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website or information provided to or gathered by this website with respect to such use. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

SPECIAL NOTE

thailand-airways.com is a third party booking agent and managed by VIETTREND CO, LTD, which allow customers to reserve train ticket online in advance. All above things belong to Rights of VietTrend and don’t violated any information on our website.
